Frequently Asked Questions

ETA for preorder is 4-5 weeks. Please note that it is possible for sea shipment to be delayed due to factors including but not limited to slow dispatch from supplier, changes in routing, custom clearance, public holiday and weather conditions. We will try our best to get the items available to you as soon as possible. You will be provided a tracking code upon order confirmation.

As the exact time of arrival can't be guaranteed, we do not accept rush orders. Order only if you are willing to wait.
Most of the items are available for preorder only unless labelled as "Instock" items. This help us offer you more product choices and at better price.
We accept new orders through Instagram DM or Whatsapp @ 673-8288169. Simply send us the product description, photo or link to enquire or place an order.

Once your order has been created, an order tracking code will be provided to you.
We can accept Cash, BIBD and Baiduri. You can deposit payment through online banking facility or cash deposit machine (CDM) at your bank branch. Please send us the screenshot once you have made the payment so we can process your order accordingly.
Yes, of course. You can whatsapp us at 673-8288169 (Message Only, No Calls).
Once your items have arrived, you can self pickup from our pickup location at Kpg Mata-Mata (Normal pickup time: 9am to 5:30pm, MON-SAT). The final balance will be due upon collection.

Please Instagram DM or whatsapp us @ 673-8288169 before arrival so we can prepare your items for collection. Pickup/Delivery time is subject to availability. Delivery service is also available upon request. T&C applied.
Yes. Standard Delivery Fee is $5 for BSB areas, $5 for KB/Tutong/Muara. Additional charges may be applied for same day delivery, extra large/heavy items. Delivery date/time is subject to next available time slot (usually the next day).

Note: Cash On Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer available.
No, installation service is not included. If you are having trouble getting the installation guide, please contact us.
Cancellation of order is strictly not allowed. This applies to all orders including but not limited to Cash on Pickup, Cash on Delivery, Preorders and Instocks. Joy buyers will be blacklisted permanently from all future orders with us and all other affiliated channels without notice.

Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you fail to settle the remaining balance or collect order within 15 days from arrival date, we reserve the rights to cancel your order and forfeit your deposit without notice.
Once your items have arrived and ready for pickup, you must collect them within 15 days or store rental will be applied accordingly. We also reserve the rights to forfeit your deposit if you failed to collect the items.
Products are covered with a 7-day warranty from date of collection. Certain goods such as undergarments that are worned/used cannot be returned/refunded due to hygiene reasons. If product is found to be defective or incomplete, we may arrange for a free part replacement/unit replacement depending on the situation. To be eligible for replacement, product must be kept in original condition and packaging. Please reach out to us so we can assist you further.
If you have received a defective product, please send us the product photo or video within 3 days from date of collection so we can assist you further.
